Product Advantages
The ‘Near Net Shape’ (NNS) design eliminates the requirement for machining. Following calibration, this component undergoes case-hardening to achieve a hard surface while preserving the toughness of its inner core. The casting process’s design flexibility allows for the creation of the shifting arm. Ribs are selectively incorporated into the design only where essential to uphold structural integrity.
